Greetings to my Fabulous Region,
I am Regan Williams, your 2020-21 Region V Fall Regional Conference Chairperson. I currently attend THE Louisiana State University (GEAUX TIGERS!), majoring in Computer Engineering. When I first joined NSBE, I knew from the beginning that this was a family. After being a part of this organization for 3 years, I have learned to network, build my brand and grow into an all around better engineer!
This year’s Fall Regional Conference theme is “The Holistic Engineer”. Through this theme I want every member to experience what the all around engineer is like. With this I plan to include programming for Professional, Personal, Cultural and Leadership Development.
This is a virtual conference, which means this is something new, but I want to encourage all of you to stay open minded and ready to participate. Although we will not be in person, I want to let you all know that we will still have a career fair and have some new and exciting programming planned. I can not wait to see all of my NSBE family via the web. I have faith that you all will DEEPly show up and show out...that’s why we are the Vanguard Region!
